Bella Isla is a tropical oasis overlooking Biscayne Bay on Miami Beach.  Located on Belle Island on the Venetian Causeway, the building was conceptualized to maximize the expansive bay views, while conveying a modern, tropical design.  Through the use of a glass and a louvered screen façade, the architecture allows residents to experience the tropical climate and breezes, while maintaining privacy.  Under a canopy of palm trees, the bay front pools and gardens are a serene retreat that also create a sense of community.  Centrally located, the double height lobby flooded with natural light overlooks the main pool and Biscayne Bay beyond.  Tropical woods, natural textiles and stone finishes in the lobby areas continue throughout the common areas into the billiards room and library lounge.  A tropical roof garden features a palm grove and moving water element with lush, native vegetation representing the Florida Everglades flora.  All residential units include terraces, roof decks or gardens which engage with the tropical landscape for unique private experiences throughout Bella Isla.  Penthouse units offer bay and city views, while nearly all have private roof decks, some also include a private hot tubs and outdoor showers.
